Shipping Accuracy– refers to Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
No refunds– Due to the consumable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within seven days from receiving your order. Products once dispatched shall not be returned per se. The Products are of the highest standard and quality and appropriate measures are taken with regards to hygiene and standards keeping in mind consumer needs and preferences,
Payments – Payments for all products shall be made via cash free which includes net banking, debit/credit card payments or UPI for all purchases made on the website www.meethilife.in
Damaged products –We take various measures to pack your products carefully so they do not get damaged in transit. If for whatever reason, there is a defect in the product in terms of its quality or they arrive faulty , you are hereby requested to write to us on info@meethilife.com with a picture of the said product. The authorized representatives will revert immediately on the same per se. In the case a defect is found in the products in terms of their quality, the product shall be returned back to the customer with immediate effect.
Product replacement – In the case, a product is found defective, the same shall be replaced within fourteen working days after the request for a replacement for the product is approved.

No cancellation policy – In the case of an order placed by the customer, the same shall not be canceled as per the terms and conditions of the company.
